Welcome to Noeden. By using our webshop you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before placing an order.

2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements via the webshop www.noeden.nl or other platforms managed by us.
3. Product range
We sell children's clothing. Product descriptions, sizes and colours are displayed as clearly as possible. Small deviations (for example the colour of the fit) may occur and do not entitle you to compensation.
4. Prices and payments
All prices are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs (unless otherwise stated). Payments are processed securely via:
- iDEAL
- Credit card
- Klarna (pay later)
- Apple Pay
Orders will only be processed after successful payment or approval via Klarna.
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. Delivery usually takes place within 1-3 business days. Shipping costs are clearly stated at checkout.
In case of delays or stock problems, we will contact you.
6. Returns and right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product.
Return conditions:
- Product is worn, unwashed and in original condition
- Return costs are at your own expense
- Register your return via email or contact form
After approval of the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
Please note : personalized or custom-made products are exclusive of returns.
7. Discounts and promotions
Discount codes are not redeemable for cash and cash only for the specified period while stocks last. Discounts are not stackable unless explicitly stated. Abuse will result in cancellation of the order.
8. Gift cards
No gift cards are only redeemable via our webshop. They are not returnable or exchangeable for money. Gift cards are valid until the expiration date that is communicated upon purchase (standard 2 years after issue).
Loss or theft of the gift card is beyond our responsibility.
9. Collaborations with influencers
Collaborations with content creators/influencers are agreed on an individual basis and confirmed in writing. Use of our brand name, product images in promotional content requires the consent of Noéden.
Products received in exchange for promotion may not be demanded for money. We reserve the right to abuse collaborations for abuse or reputational damage.
10. Complaints and warranty
Do you have a complaint? Please contact us as soon as possible. The legal guarantee applies to all our products: the product must meet your expectations.
11. Liability
Noéden is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the products or delays by third parties such as delivery services.
12. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (such as pandemic, strikes, natural disasters) we reserve the right to postpone or cancel orders.
13. Intellectual property
All texts, photos, logos and designs on this webshop are the property of Noéden and may not be used or distributed without permission.
14. Applicable law
These terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law. Disputes will, if necessary, be submitted to the independent court in the Netherlands.
